Think of me as the help line for composting your consciousness (which is my approach to alchemy, consisting of you doing you with what you have).

Deceptively simple, yet deeply nuanced. Composting consciousness involves identifying overgrown parts of self, neglected parts of self, blind spots of the self, repairing relationships between parts of self, creating the compost, planting new seeds, stewarding growth, etc.

Working with me requires being an active participant in your personal growth.

This is coaching, not counseling. I am not an expert or a therapist or licensed in anything. I'm just an amateur polymath whose made immense strides in personal re-growth & expansion, who transformed from "Someone please kill me now" to "I am genuinely thrilled to be alive".
